violent ou raciste b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une triple protection: celle de ses coll\u00e8gues \u00ab\u00a0par esprit de corps\u00a0\u00bb ou peur des repr\u00e9sailles en cas de d\u00e9nonciation, celle de la hi\u00e9rarchie qui veut prot\u00e9ger l&rsquo;image de la police et celle des autorit\u00e9s publiques qui refusent d&rsquo;affronter ou de d\u00e9stabiliser des fonctionnaires dont ils ont besoin au quotidien. Ainsi, les bourgmestres et juges d&rsquo;instruction se contenteront g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de la version des policiers n\u00e9gligeant les droits du citoyen.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la Justice, la version des policiers, agents asserment\u00e9s, l\u2019emporte sur celle du plaignant. Or les policiers se mettront g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019accord sur une version qui disculpera le policier menac\u00e9. Cette version suffit le plus souvent \u00e0 la Justice et d\u00e8s lors les sanctions sont rarissimes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019affaire Mawda par exemple, les policiers ont affirm\u00e9 que l\u2019enfant de 5 ans n\u2019avait pas re\u00e7u une balle dans la t\u00eate d\u2019un de leurs coll\u00e8gues mais \u00e9tait tomb\u00e9e accidentellement sur la t\u00eate. Cette version accept\u00e9e dans un premier temps par les m\u00e9dias et le procureur a \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement infirm\u00e9e dans la suite de l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Il n\u2019y a eu aucune sanction pour les policiers parjures ni pour le juge d\u2019instruction qui avait b\u00e2cl\u00e9 ses devoirs d\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br
