Dans la grande majorit\u00e9 des cas, les victimes ne portent pas plainte, par peur des repr\u00e9sailles, pour des raisons financi\u00e8res ou car le citoyen est convaincu que les institutions prot\u00e8gent la police.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas des casernes de la honte, 92 % des 245 victimes n&rsquo;ont pas os\u00e9 porter plainte malgr\u00e9 la gravit\u00e9 des faits.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la Ligue belge des Droits Humain <strong>71% des victimes ne portent pas plainte\u00a0<\/strong>(Rapport Police Watch 2022). La Belgique compterait donc en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 10.000 victimes dans les interactions avec la police en 2021.\u00a0Et comme pour le Comit\u00e9 P 30% des plaintes \u00a0concernent des violences physiques, on peut \u00e9valuer \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 3.000 les faits de violences physiques inflig\u00e9es par des policiers \u00e0 des citoyens en 2021. Soit 8 par jour, un toutes les 3 heures<\/p>\n<p>Isos ne consid\u00e8re pas que les plus de 45.000 policiers actifs en Belgique sont violents et racistes mais constate qu\u2019au sein de la police s\u00e9vit une minorit\u00e9 haineuse qui agit en toute impunit\u00e9. Leurs coll\u00e8gues ont peur des repr\u00e9sailles et la hi\u00e9rarchie donne peu de suite aux rares d\u00e9nonciations par peur d\u2019une d\u00e9gradation de l\u2019image de la police.<\/p>\n<p>Mais les causes de l\u2019impunit\u00e9 ne s\u2019arr\u00eatent pas \u00e0 la police. Elles trouvent \u00e9galement leur origine dans l&rsquo;inutilit\u00e9 du Comit\u00e9 P et dans le fonctionnement partial de la Justice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
